Jessica Zambeletti is delighted to present Lineage, a group exhibition bringing together the work of fifteen artists: Alice Adams, Daniel Buren, Alan Charlton, Michael Craig-Martin, Lesley Foxcroft, Jared Ginsburg, Norman Hyams, Tarka Kings, Gary Kuehn, Cecily Lasnet, Sol LeWitt, Fred Sandback, Ted Stamm, Frank Stella, and Lynne Woods Turner.

The works are united by a primary focus on line—deceptively simple, yet conceptually powerful—and share a commitment to line as structure, discipline, and form. The exhibition includes works on paper, drawings, prints, collage, and mixed media, incorporating materials such as acrylic resin, rubber, enamel, galvanised steel, found objects, and oil on canvas.

The genesis of Lineage dates to 2016 in Provincetown, Massachusetts, with the discovery of six prints—Untitled (1975) by Fred Sandback—which sparked a lasting engagement with Minimal art. From this starting point, Lineage reflects on how a fundamental element—line—has continued to shape artistic practice from the 1960s to the present day.
